Liverpool City Council published and dispacted 7,000 information booklets today, to residents in the decanted areas of Anfield & Breckfield.

The booklet has been produced by LCC in partnership with AHDC, New Heartlands, English Partnerships, Arena, Keepmoat plc and Anfield/Breckfield Vision which gives residents a guide to the Housing Market Renewal
within the Anfield and Breckfield area.
The pack which includes a free DVD, provides residents with the full regeneration programme that will being taking place.
The aim is to give residents/ landlords, etc. information about what the programme involves and how it may affect residents in the area. 
The booklet goes on to tell readers how the dwellings in the 'Rockfield', neighbourhood are being retained. The vacant properties that are pwned by Arena and Liverpool City Council are being improved by The Affordable Housing Development Company (AHDC), and then offered for sale to private owners.
As all five phases of the project commence action by LCC and Arena will be taken to ensure that all the owners of vacant and occupied properties carry out full improvement works if required to their dwellings.
Liverpool City Council also announced that they will undertake any front environmental improvements that may be needed as each phase progresses.
The pack also included Sutton Kersh's most recent invitation to visit the AHDC show house on Tancred Road.
