Liverpool City Council, as part of Merseyside's Newheartlands Housing Market Renewal Pathfinder, invites tenders for the opportunity to transform the housing market of its Inner Core area.Working in partnership with private developers, Registered Social Landlords and local communities, the Council is delivering a radical programme of housing market restructuring, with a range of interventions focused in four Zones of Opportunity.Within the Stanley Park Zone, the Council and Arena Housing Association seek to secure a development partner to deliver an innovative, heritage-led project to arrest decline and provide comprehensive regeneration in the Rockfield area of 243 terraced houses.
